1.The paper must contain both law and business knowledge but the business part is more important
2.As Yuanan is a small county in China, maybe it is difficullt to find related information. If there is no other choice, it can be changed to another place.
3 The research paper can be wttten in other forms rather than a case study, only if the topic is about Transformation and upgrade of individual business in China

1.The research paper is for my commercial law subject, and the name of the subjects is ‘commercial practice in China’
2.The topic I choose is ‘enterpreneurship’ and I intend to write the research paper in the form of a case study or other forms if you think that will be better
2.The paper should have 3 key components: Business, Law and China
2.As this paper is for ‘commercial law’ subject, which is under the department of business, the “business” part is more important than the “law” part, which means more focus should be put on business.
3.Yuanan is a small county in China, maybe it is difficult to find related information. If there is no other choice, it can be changed to another place.

Some suggestions to how to approach different types of research papers:
• Business Case / Advice Paper: The best paper reflects a genuine case, where the business and
legal issues are clearly identified and analysed. A proposed solution is preferred.
• Mock Newspaper Article on a Chinese business law policy: The best paper identifies the policy
and its implications for businesses, and it is presented clearly for the audience – the general public.
• Research Paper: The best paper identifies a researchable question, it has a tight structure, and
the research is evidence based and correctly referenced e.g. journal articles, the law itself, if doing a
comparative piece, information from the other jurisdiction, etc.
