THEME EXPOSITION

You should explain the Theme you choose (Human Sustainability or Innovation and Technology or Leadership and Governance) in form of literature review which means review what scholars in the area said. For example you may say something like By (2005) said…..while Dopplet (2010) stressed on …..and so on. Then you need to explain how that theme relates to organizational change and sustainability.
After that you choose a model like Dunphie’s 6 Phase Model or Depplet’s Wheel of Sustainability or Lewin’s Classical Model or any other model. Also choose one approach (You may choose an approach from By 2005 or any other article). Briefly explain and discuss the model and the approach and how the theme you have chosen can be applied using the model and the approach to change or move organizations toward sustainability.
Possible format to follow:
Section one: Theme
Section two: Model/Approach
Section three: Application of Theme
Section four: References
Remember that you need to use a minimum of 10 articles in your in text citations and list them as a reference. You can cite an article more than once but it will still be counted as one reference.
3 of the ten articles about the theme you choose you need to locate yourself and the other 7 you can get from the shared drive (Required and Reommended).

This task is designed to develop critical thinking, research and reading skills. You will use a minimum of 10 journal articles. Seven of these journal articles you can select from the prescribed and recommended readings (including the text) in the Unit Guide. Three will be scholarly peer reviewed journal articles YOU must locate and which relate to your chosen theme. In addition to these ten journal articles you can refer to other books and journals, internet resources etc.
You will SELECT one of the themes: Technology & Innovation, Leadership & Governance, or Human Sustainability. The task is to explain that theme and how it relates to organisational change and sustainability.
The exposition is in two parts. Firstly, use peer-reviewed literature to explainthe theme. Following this, using one change model and one change approach explain how this theme can be applied to changing organisations sustainably.
