Project description
Using text book Organization Development & Change; by Cummings & Worley; answer the following:
Suppose you are an OD consultant working for a major organization. At a one year follow up after a OD intervention you designed, your metrics come back as having not made any improvements in the organization. Considering the concepts and material and chapters 10 and 11, what three areas would you focus most on in your investigation? Why? Make sure you give some detail about how you would investigate.
Commenters: What areas of the investigation might be missing? Can you name another area or approach that might fill in some information gaps? How would this help?
