LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The purpose of the paper is to identify, define, evaluate, and discuss the aspects of theological development, spiritual development, and human development that have influenced the life and vocation of a famous Christian leader. Currently, the assessment will come from the required Myra textbook.

Using Myra as the primary source, the paper should conform to the following guidelines:

1. In light of the readings from the Estep text, you should seek to identify, define, and evaluate how various theological and human development areas have influenced a stated Christian leader, in this case Billy Graham. The areas for which you should look are defined in Estep and are Intellectual Development and Moral Development in the life of Dr. Billy Graham.

2. Based on the contents of the Boa text, you should seek to identify, define, and evaluate how the various spiritual developmental areas have influenced a stated Christian leader, in this case Billy Graham. The areas for which you should look are defined in Boa and include the following: Relational Spirituality, Disciplined Spirituality and Motivated Spirituality in the life of Dr. Billy Graham.

3. Sources beyond the Myra book are not required. But, if you use a quote, idea, or concept from another source, you should include a footnote and Bibliography page, which also will not count toward the total page count.
