Based on both your readings in the course and your health-care experience, identify an issue relating to the financing or delivery of health services/public health that is of interest to you. This can be a broad issue (e.g. Medicare reimbursement) or a narrow issue (e.g. nutrition promotion for children born to undocumented mothers) but you must focus on the issue from a macro-level (systems level) perspective. Write a 15 page paper critically examining your issue of interest.
