Explain the Theme you choose (Human Sustainability or Innovation and Technology or Leadership and Governance) in form of literature review which means review what scholars in the area said. For example you may say something like By (2005) said…..while Dopplet (2010) stressed on …..and so on. Then you need to explain how that theme relates to organizational change and sustainability.
After that you choose a model like Dunphie’s 6 Phase Model or Depplet’s Wheel of Sustainability or Lewin’s Classical Model or any other model. Also choose one approach (You may choose an approach from By 2005 or any other article). Briefly explain and discuss the model and the approach and how the theme you have chosen can be applied using the model and the approach to change or move organizations toward sustainability.
