Genocide

Paper instructions:
For the critical analysis paper please compare and contrast two genocides. You might focus on how the United States responded to each of the genocides. You might take a look at interventions and outcomes. Another analysis might involve comparing propaganda campaigns. You might look at the influence of specific social systems (e.g. political systems, economic systems, geography, or technology). Please examine a specific area for your analysis. It has been suggested that future research using historical-comparative methods focus on the preconditions, genocide event, and post genocide event by analyzing common and different aspects of the genocides (Huttenbach, 2004). In addition, this type of research may encourage other criminal justice professionals to publish research, present at conferences, and teach courses that focus on genocide. Several of your textbooks contain comparative information on multiple genocides.
