EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP FOR MAINTENANCE

• Minimum of 10 Events
• Generalise or specify events
• Assign activities
• Work out time expected for each event using formula
• Create PERT diagram
• Assign time to PERT diagram
• Determine start and finish times
• Calculate critical path
• Refine PERT diagram if necessary
