Project description
Although Malthus agreed with Smith’s analysis in terms of the distribution of income, his
justification of the share of working class was different. He argued for a “subsistence
level” wage rate according to his population theory. Please explain Malthus’s argument
and contrast it with Marx’s theory of distribution.
