Aim of the study:
To explore the nurse interns perceptions on the factors which promoted or impeded their clinical learning experience during their enrollment in the six months national nursing internship programme.
Research Question
What are the perceptions of nurse interns on factors contributed to their clinical learning experience during their enrollment in the six months national nursing internship programme?
Research Objectives:
1. To describe factors assisted nurse interns in achieving their competencies during their enrollment in the six months national nursing internship programme.
2. To describe factors inhibited nurse interns in achieving their competencies during their enrollment in the six months national nursing internship programme.
3. To explore the effect of the working environment on the Nurse Interns clinical learning experience.
