Examples: Perhaps women gaining the right to vote is particularly meangiful to you, as you happen to take that right very seriously.Or perhaps you are descended from people who escaped war and persecution and made their way to America, providing a more hopeful life for their children and grandchildren.
These are just examples. Think of how history affects, or has affected, you. THIS DOES NOT HAVE TO BE A RUN DOWN OF YOUR FAMILY TREE AND YOU DON'T NEED TO HAVE ANYONE FAMOUS IN YOUR FAMILY TO BE AFFECTED BY THE CURRENTS OF HISTORY!
