2.2.? Evaluate a service that is delivered in partnership with other organisations e.g. Social services, Police, Education.
3.1.?Describe the difference between participation and consultation.?
3.2.?Review methods of resident participation.
4.1 Explain the role of the regulator in setting and monitoring standards for affordable housing providers.
4.2 Summarise the performance measures used in regulation to assess affordable housing providers.

TASK
You have been asked to write an article for your organisation’s Tenants’ Report. The article is to contain the following:

1. An introduction outlining the types of organisations that provide affordable housing services nationally and explaining your organisation in particular. (Bexley Council)

2. A brief description of the types of services that are delivered by affordable housing providers, with examples.

3. A description of the key elements of successful partnership working and an evaluation of a partnership service provided by your organisation

4. An explanation of resident engagement including an explanation (with examples) of the difference between consultation and participation.

5. An explanation of the role of the Homes and Communities Agency and residents in setting and monitoring standards and levels of performance for affordable housing providers.
