Red Cross Intervention during the Russo Japanese War

Paper instructions:
This presentation is meant to run five minutes in length. It’s not a big deal for me if it runs a little short.

My only guideline is that you need to use legitimate primary/secondary sources, and I’d prefer if you provided a little more information from the japanese side of the conflict than the russian side.

Provide a list of activities that the International Red Cross or any associated parties undertook to aid either side during the war, up to and including the peace summit that ended the conflict.
