An assessment is characterized by input resulting in measurable data that can be evaluated. From the results, benchmarks can be established. An organization would conduct an ethical assessment to identify its strengths and weaknesses, gain consensus and clarification on key issues, identify what the ideal state would be, and then develop and implement an action plan.

In the Johnannesen text, five case studies are provided in the Appendix. Select one case study. Assess the critic's analysis of the given case, as well as provide your own detailed ethical assessment.
